I recently contacted Mike to take a look at my Provia windows and slider that were installed by a previous contractor. He quickly assessed the install and determined there were a few small issues with them. He adeptly and professionally corrected the issues and made a few adjustments to the slider. Mike and company have installed several sliding doors and windows on our porch. They also were back recently to replace our front door. The products and installation were first rate but the what pleased us the most were Mike's expertise and his willingness to spend the additional time and effort to do the jobs properly. I have had my new sliding glass doors for two months and couldn’t be happier! Mike Johnston, the owner of the company, personally visited me to explain the features and types of doors that they sell. Mike answered all my questions in a clear manner and had wonderful explanations for each of the features I might need.

Mike has a very professional installation team who worked quickly and efficiently. Clean-up was superb and Mike personally came and inspected the site when the installation job was complete. I had another company install windows the year before and that company promised to fix the problems with each window and never did. In a very kind gesture, Mike ordered the parts and repaired the problems out of the goodness of his heart. The quality of the doors I purchased is beyond my expectations. I’ve already had lower electric bills than last summer, and I’m actually looking forward to winter when the cold will stay outside!

We recently had Mike from JMJ Custom Windows and Doors install 12 Sunrise windows in our home. Throughout the process of making decisions, Mike was nothing but helpful and patient. He always answered our questions and took the time to explain and demonstrate whatever was necessary to make us feel comfortable. We decided to go with Mike's recommendation and have the Sunrise windows installed to replace our original wood framed single pane windows. The day of the install, Mike's installers arrived on time and completed the installation within the time Mike had said they would. Recently we hired JMJ Custom Windows and Doors to install Sunrise Windows in our home. It was a large job as we were having every window replaced. We absolutely love our new windows! The quality and appearance were everything that Mike Johnston said they would be. We had shopped many different window companies and wanted a wood-look without having to pay the price of wood. Sunrise Windows was the only company who had windows with the woodgrain look which appears as real wood; We saw others which resembled contact paper. Now, not only do we have fabulous windows that look like wood, but we’ve seen a reduction in our energy bills since we’ve had them. JMJ did a wonderful job with the installation. Every window was perfectly intalled. JMJ was reliable and professional. They did everything they said they would do and left our home clean. Other than with the new beautiful windows, you would never know JMJ was there.

We were so pleased with JMJ, we hired them again to install our new front doors. We chose the ProVia Doors which are absolutely elegant. Once again, Mike and his team were on the job as promised.
